Abacus Federal Services, LLC (AFS) was founded by Craig Wilhelm, a former US Army officer, Army Aviator and Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. AFS was formed for the purpose of delivering expertise and specialized network transformation services to Federal, State governments and Commercial Entities. The mutual benefit in using a dependable service-disabled, veteran owned small business company like Abacus has resulted in proven results and long-term relationships with all branches of service and Department of Defense (DoD) customers

AFS continues to build a record of outstanding past performance with all its military and commercial customers worldwide.  Mr. Wilhelm has expanded his team and has well over 100 years of combined military service across the AFS team.  These veterans served in Communications Squadrons, Network Enterprise Centers, Acquisition Corps and Contracting, Procurement Agencies across DoD.  Mr. Wilhelm is the President & Owner of Abacus.
