We identify underutilized or underperforming circuits still on copper and transfer them onto a smaller, better-performing cable (or completely onto the new fiber network) to consolidate and retire the old copper cable network.  We test and inventory all circuits and perform full and comprehensive testing at the main distribution frame(s), through the underground/aerial network, and to the building terminals to ensure service quality and fidelity.
